It's almost time...

...to start writing your cards, chop logs for the fire and put the brussell sprouts on (if Terry Wogan is to be believed!) and to book your hire!

Can I book this far ahead?

Indeed you can book now, be it as simple as a follow spot, 3 lantern pack, radio mikes or just a mirror ball - we're more than happy to talk through what you need and when.

Don't do what a lot of customers do and leave it to the day before and then get disappointed when we can't let them have what they wanted. Most of our hire kit leaves the warehouse from the start of November and then spends its time visiting schools in the West Midlands on a carefully planned route.

Once that route is planned - it's very difficult to add diversions but if you let us know now, then we can plan a stop in at your school too!

What if I change my dates?

It sometimes happens or the show might even get postponed - don't panic, just let us know as soon as you do and we'll try to work with you for the rearranged dates.

How do I book?

It's easy - ring the office on 0121 778 6400 and ask to speak to the hire desk, if they're already talking to a customer then we'll ask for your number so we can call you back. When they speak to you, they'll talk through what you need, agree a price and the dates you need it and where the kit needs to be. All you need to do then is worry about the rest of the show!

When do we pay for the hire?

If you're a school or college then we're happy for you to give us a Purchase Order when you place the order and then you pay the invoice which is issued when the hire ends. If you're one of our credit account customers then the same applies - place your order then pay the invoice after the hire. For all of our other customers, we can accept payment by BACS, Credit/Debit card (over the phone or in our shop), cheque (but we will need to wait for that to clear) or old-fashioned cash.
